Last updated: September 3, 2026

These General Terms govern the relationship between the administration of the livetv-en.com website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") and a visitor to the Site (hereinafter referred to as the "User").

By using the Site and/or registering on it, the User expresses their agreement with all terms of these General Terms and undertakes to comply with them. If the User does not agree with any of the terms, they must discontinue use of the Site.

1. General Provisions

The Site provides the User with the opportunity to obtain information about sporting events, participate in discussions and comments related to them, and use other features of the Site that do not conflict with these General Terms.

The Site may be used by persons who have reached the age of 16. By registering on the Site, the User confirms that they meet this age requirement.

2. Materials Published by Users

  • All information (text, links, comments, and other materials — hereinafter referred to as "Materials") published by the User on the Site becomes accessible to other users and may be reproduced through technical means (email distribution, RSS, embedding, publication on other sources) with reference to the original source.
  • When publishing Materials, the name or nickname specified by the User during registration or in profile settings may be indicated.
  • Published Materials may be used by the Administration for advertising and marketing purposes, including on the Internet, with or without attribution to the author, without requiring additional consent from the User and without payment of remuneration.
  • Rights to the Materials remain with the User who published them; other users do not acquire rights to use other users' Materials beyond the functionality of the Site and bear full responsibility to the author for unauthorized use.

3. User Responsibility

The User bears full independent responsibility to third parties for the content of Materials published by them, including compliance with legislation and the absence of violations of third-party rights (copyright, related rights, trademark rights, and other intellectual property objects). All claims by third parties related to the creation and publication of Materials shall be resolved by the User independently and at their own expense. The User undertakes to compensate the Administration for damages, costs, and other losses arising from the User's violation of these General Terms or third-party rights.

4. Rights of the Administration

The Site Administration has the right, without prior notice to the User and without explaining the reasons, to:

  • refuse to publish or remove at any time any Material or comment — particularly if it violates third-party rights or the provisions of these General Terms;
  • change the title, description, or other accompanying information of the Material;
  • restrict, suspend, or completely terminate the User's access to the Site, including by blocking the account, in case of violation of these General Terms or the Site conduct rules (Section 6).

5. Disclaimer

The Site does not store or publish video and other media content on its own servers — the relevant materials are freely available on external Internet resources and content sharing, storage, and distribution services to which the Site may link. The Administration does not guarantee the quality, availability, or legality of such external content and is not responsible for it, nor for the actions of users and owners of external resources. Following links to external sites is at the User's own risk.

The Site and its features are provided "as is." The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted and error-free operation of the Site, nor the preservation of the User's profile, Materials published by them, or other data. The Administration does not compensate for direct or indirect damages caused to the User or third parties as a result of using or being unable to use the Site.

6. Site Conduct Rules

By participating in discussions and other interactive sections of the Site, the User agrees to comply with the following rules:

  • registration does not require providing a real first and last name, but offensive, indecent, or misleading nicknames are grounds for temporary or permanent account blocking;
  • the use of profanity and indecent words is prohibited;
  • manifestations of ethnic, religious, and other intolerance, as well as insults directed at other users, third parties, teams, and athletes, are prohibited;
  • any form of advertising, including promotion of external Internet projects and resources, is prohibited; such posts are removed without warning, and the accounts that published them are blocked;
  • spam, flooding, mass automated posting, and attempts to circumvent the Site's technical restrictions are prohibited.

Violation of these rules, as well as any other provision of these General Terms, gives the Administration the right to remove the relevant Material or comment and block the User's account without warning.

7. Inquiries

All inquiries and claims related to the use or inability to use the Site shall be submitted through the feedback form available on the Site.

8. Amendment of the General Terms

The Administration has the right to amend the text of these General Terms and/or other terms of use of the Site at any time, without separate notice to the User. The current version is always available in the relevant section of the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes are made constitutes the User's agreement with the new version.

9. Rights to the Site

The design, name, logo, and other layout elements of the Site, excluding Materials published by Users, are the property of the Administration or are used by it on a lawful basis. Their use without the consent of the Administration is prohibited.

10. Final Provisions

If any provision of these General Terms is declared invalid or inapplicable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The parties shall endeavor to resolve any disputes related to these General Terms through negotiations.
